This answer could be thought of as too generic for some and I apologise for that, there are obviously more concerns as well, but none is too great at the moment for our civilization. But if we have to last for centuries, we must think about all these and more to ensure consistency of our past, present and future.

I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon, as it's after around 1600 years that India is in a largely united state under someone with Indian ethnicity and blood on the leadership position, and if we continue this trend for long time, then inevitably India will rise to a superpower status as it did long back in the history and kept that status for a long period of time.

Same goes for someone like Sikhs in the second point, or Muslims.
